Space away from the noise.
Outside the Noise™ is a sensory wellbeing programme designed for young people and students experiencing increasingly busy, stimulating and demanding environments.
Through guided breathing, focused awareness and immersive sound, the programme creates a deliberate opportunity to step away from external demands, slow down and reconnect with the present moment.
There is nothing to achieve, perform or get right; simply time and space to experience.
Sound. Imagination. Exploration. Stillness.

Participants are gently guided through a structured experience beginning with simple breathing and focused awareness before moving into immersive listening and sound.
The session gradually reduces external stimulation and encourages attention towards breath, body and sound, before allowing participants time simply to experience the soundscape and be present.

Wellbeing through something familiar.
Open Chord™ is a practical and approachable wellbeing programme built around something almost everyone already has a relationship with music.
Through music, conversation, focused listening, simple breathing and immersive sound, participants explore practical ways to slow down, reconnect with the present moment and use music more consciously in everyday life.
No musical ability or previous experience is required.
-
Open Chord™ is designed to encourage:
Connection · Relaxation · Focus · Confidence · Present-moment awareness · Everyday wellbeing
A key part of the programme is introducing simple ideas that participants can continue exploring themselves — using music, breathing and conscious listening as practical tools beyond the session.
-
Open Chord™ combines guided and interactive elements within a relaxed group setting.
Participants explore how music can influence mood, motivation, relaxation and focus, experience simple breathing alongside music, and take part in focused listening exercises.
Depending on the group, simple musical participation using instruments such as guitar or ukulele may also be introduced.
The session concludes with an immersive sound experience, creating a period where participants can simply slow down and listen.
