Sensory Wellbeing Through Sound

Structured wellbeing programmes for children, young people and adults.

Creating space to slow down, regulate the senses and reconnect through sound, music and immersive sensory experiences.

Why Sonis?

Creating space in an increasingly busy world.

SLOW DOWN

A break from constant stimulation and demand

RECONNECT

Children, young people and adults are surrounded by constant demands on their attention, from busy environments and education to technology, work and everyday responsibilities.

Sonis™ creates a deliberate pause.

Through sound, music, focused listening and sensory experiences, each programme provides an age-appropriate opportunity to slow down, regulate the senses and reconnect with the present moment.

No musical ability or previous experience is required.

Bringing attention back to the senses and present moment

EXPERIENCE

Accessible, immersive experience with nothing to achieve or get right

The Sonis Programmes

Three programmes. One purpose.

Sonis™ adapts the experience for different stages of life, with each programme designed around the needs of the people taking part.

From early years through to adulthood, each programme uses sound and music in a way that is appropriate, accessible and engaging for its audience.

A group of young people is lying on their backs on colorful bean bags on the floor, relaxing with their eyes closed. They appear to be in a cozy indoor setting, possibly participating in a relaxing activity or meditation session.
